1. Services Offered

I provide UX/UI design services including:

• Website Design

• Mobile App Design

• Product Design

• UX Research

• Design Systems

All services are delivered as agreed in writing before the project starts.

2. Project Agreement

Before starting any project:

• Scope of work will be clearly defined

• Timeline will be discussed

• Pricing will be confirmed

Work begins only after mutual agreement.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before starting

• Remaining payment terms will be agreed per project

• Payments must be completed before final files are delivered

4. Revisions

• A limited number of revisions may be included

• Extra revisions may require additional payment

• Major scope changes may require a new agreement

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide necessary content and feedback on time

• Communicate clearly about requirements

• Respect agreed timelines

Project delays caused by late feedback may affect delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final approved designs become the client’s property after full payment

• I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio

• Concept drafts remain my property unless purchased

7. Cancellation Policy

• If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable

• Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins

• No refunds after final files are delivered

• Partial refund may be considered only if work has not started

Refund decisions are handled fairly and professionally.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

• Business losses

• Third-party software issues

• Hosting or technical problems outside my control

My responsibility is limited to the design work provided.

10. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
